How we handle your data, in the same plain language as our Creator Rights. The short version: we collect what the Service needs to work, we never train models on your work, and we do not sell your data.
Corbus AI, LLC operates the C.I.N.E.M.A. platform and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about anything in this policy at info@corbus.ai.
Account data — your email address, an optional display name, a hashed password, and your date of birth (used to meet minimum-age rules and to gate mature content).
Your Content — the manuscripts, scripts, images, audio and reference material you upload, and the films, characters, images, audio and 3D assets you generate.
Usage and technical data — actions you take in the app, credit transactions, generation logs and error reports, plus IP address and browser user-agent, which we use for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive a payment reference and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
Support and feedback — messages you send us, including any screenshots or logs you attach.
To provide the Service you asked for — generating, storing and delivering your work (performance of our contract with you).
To bill you accurately, meter credits, and prevent payment fraud (contract; legal obligation).
To keep the Service secure and available, investigate abuse, and enforce our Terms (legitimate interests).
To answer your support requests and tell you about material changes to the Service or these policies (contract; legitimate interests).
To send optional product updates or marketing, where you have opted in (consent — withdrawable at any time).
We do not use your personal data or Your Content to train machine-learning models, ours or anyone else’s, and we do not sell your personal data.
We use a small number of processors that act on our instructions: OpenAI and fal.ai (text, image, video and 3D generation), ElevenLabs (voice), Tripo (3D reconstruction), Bunny.net (storage and content delivery), Stripe (payments) and our email provider (transactional mail).
Your Content is transmitted to these providers only to produce the work you requested. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and security commitments.
Optional integrations you choose to connect — for example publishing to a video platform, or ordering a physical print of a 3D model — receive only what is needed for that action, under their own policies.
We may disclose data where legally required, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition — in which case we will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.
Your Content is kept while your account is active and until you delete it. Deleted material is removed from live systems promptly and ages out of backups on our ordinary retention cycle.
Source text uploaded for a book or script adaptation is discarded once the adaptation has been produced — we do not retain a copy of your manuscript.
Account and transaction records are kept while your account exists and afterwards only as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and receive your data in a portable format.
Exercise any of these by emailing info@corbus.ai. We will not charge you, will not make it difficult, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We and our processors operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and stored media is served over signed URLs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
The Service is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Users under 18 must have parental consent and may not make purchases. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data. Our embeddable partner widgets set no cookies and require no account; text submitted to them is counted and discarded without being stored.
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice by email or in the app before it takes effect.
