What CINEMA does — and never does — with what you create.
Every film, trailer, shot, character, poster and score you generate with CINEMA belongs to you. Use it commercially, sell it, licence it, submit it to festivals — you do not owe us a share and you do not need our permission.
Not on your manuscripts, your scripts, your characters, your footage — none of it. Your content is sent to our processing partners only to produce the work you asked for, and for no other purpose.
We need permission to store your files, process them, and stream them back to you. That is all we take. It is limited to operating CINEMA for you, and it ends when you delete your work. Anything you publish to The Green Room is shown publicly because you chose to publish it — and you can unpublish it at any time.
When you adapt a book, the uploaded text is used to build your adaptation and is then discarded — we do not keep a copy of your manuscript. The story outline it produces lives in your project, under your control, and is deleted when you delete the project.
Unpublished work is exactly the kind of thing authors are right to be careful with. Email us and we will delete anything you have uploaded.
Top-up credits you buy stay in your account for as long as it exists — whether you make a film every week or disappear for a year and come back. We will never quietly take back something you paid for. Monthly subscription credits are different by design: they refresh with each billing cycle rather than accumulating, and we say so before you subscribe.
Adapting a book, importing a script, sculpting a 3D model — each one shows you a firm price first, and that price is what you pay. No surprise metering after the fact.
When a generation fails on our side, the credits are refunded automatically — you do not have to notice it, ask for it, or argue for it.
Credits are metered openly and every model shows its real cost. We would rather tell you what something costs than promise "unlimited" and quietly slow you down.
If we ever have to restrict an account, you get a reason and a human to talk to. Subscriptions renew on the date shown in your billing panel, you can cancel any time, and we will not hide the cancel button.
