How to report a copyright problem with material on C.I.N.E.M.A., and how to respond if something of yours was removed. Plain language; the statute references are for your counsel.
Notices of claimed copyright infringement for material hosted on the Service should be sent to the Designated Agent of Corbus AI, LLC:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — for the Service, the project title, the shot or asset, and the URL of the published film, trailer, or page where it appears.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actionable; we will tell you what is missing.
We remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, notify the account holder who posted it, and keep a record of the notice. Where material was generated using a reference (an uploaded image, voice, video or text), the account holder’s consent warranties in the Terms apply.
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
On receipt of a valid counter-notice we forward it to the original complainant. Unless they notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
